Job Description Manages the performance of the different sales channels, primarily relationship managers, in terms of sales volumes by closely monitoring their performance and assisting them in ensuring that their respective sales volume targets are consistently met Facilitate sales strategies for the regions handled including roll-out of strategies, working with RMs for leads generation and pipeline management Ensures the Sales Directors and/or CBG/RSOO heads are updated on their regions' sales production through regular reports. Recruits and negotiates other potential sales channels in congruence with the Credit Card and Personal Loan Business's Sales Programs and Process. Ensures the adherence of the different sales channels to the bank's quality standards for new cards and personal loan applications Conduct product training for relationship managers and/or branch ambassadors and account officers, whenever the need arises Work closely with the different product managers to ensure that the sales programs for the Banks' different credit card products and personal loans are properly implemented Coordinate the implementation of the Credit Cards and Personal Loans Business's sales programs with the different support groups of the Bank Strictly adhere to all prescribed policies and procedures and implement the necessary corrective measures whenever deviations will arise. Resolve issues and concerns regarding his/her daily activities and raise these to the appropriate authority if these are beyond his/her scope of responsibility Do other duties and functions that may be assigned to him/her from time to time. Qualifications Proven experience in enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. Strong sales proficiency with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
