The Employee Relations Lead will drive initiatives to boost engagement, retention, and reduce attrition while partnering with Operations, HR, and senior management. A Great Place to Work u0026reg Certified: #WeAreTGT Comprehensive day 1 HMO including 10K medical reimbursement Additional HMO coverage for your dependent + dental coverage Free lunch meals , plus Monday breakfasts and Friday treats 24 Paid Time-Offs (with Annual leave conversion ) Continuous career development & certifications Travel & training opportunities overseas Comprehensive life insurance coverage Regular engaging company events Annual appraisal based on merits Regular awards and recognitions Free annual Flu vaccinations Employee referral programs Accessible office sites -- BGC, Alabang and Eastwood As an Employee Relations Lead, Youu0027ll Take Charge Of: Employee Engagement & Retention Works together with the HR Employee Experience and Operations team to manage attrition and implement initiatives to promote retention and produce happy employees u0026ndash Events, rewards, Health and Wellness Facilitates retention initiatives such as but not limited to: FGD, One on One Counselling, Coaching, Coffee One on Ones Employee Retention initiatives u0026ndash FGDs, One on One, Breakfast with leaders, coffee breaks, etc. Conducts Exit Interview for separated employees and present to the management for deep dive analysis and action planning Works on the surveys to determine employeeu0026rsquos engagement and well being Assess survey results and initiates action planning with the Management/senior management team Cross functional/inter-departmental review in attrition Employee Relations & Issue Resolution Evaluates employee relation and work-related problems and works closely with the Operations Management to determine appropriate action to resolving employee issues, concerns, and grievances Advises managers and other staff on sensitive workforce relations matters, including corrective action procedures and service performance issues advises and assists managers in identifying workforce relations issues and determining appropriate course of action Facilitates on-going communication and working relationships with members of the different departments Maintaining client relationship by continuous communication and constant feedback Disciplinary & Policy Administration Ensures fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings Facilitate timely implementation of disciplinary action process Facilitates the end-to-end processing of disciplinary cases - Drafts and Issues Notices for Corrective action Facilitate administrative investigations whether due process is consistently observed all the time Confronts unethical behavior and acts on deviations to standards and indiscretions appropriately and in a timely manner Supports administration of HR polices, processes and procedures Legal & Compliance Laises with government/labor agencies and ensures compliance with all legal/regulatory policies and requirements u0026ndash DOLE, NLRC, etc. Attend meetings and conferences relevant to employee disputes in DOLE/NLRC, etc. HR Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement: Tickets and Database Management u0026ndash ER and EE cases Assist in administrative HR functions, if needed Other Adhoc HR tasks Youu0027re a Great Match if You Have: At least 4 years of required experience leading HR Employee Relations in a BPO setting. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. People-oriented and results-driven Willing to work fulltime On-site during the dayshift. Flexible work location - BGC/ Alabang/ Eastwood.
