Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.Responsibility:Build strong relationships with decision makers/fleet managers/system users and manage of all services related to Key AccountsEstablish good rapport and trust though proactive engagementUnderstanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities for upsellingResolve customers enquiries or issues from all channels, and ensure proper follow-up to the final resolution within the stipulated time frameCoordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client's objectivesIdentify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by going above and beyond expectationPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in any field or course or equivalent industry experienceWith minimum 2 years customer service experience, aftersales or account management/ handling existing B2B clientsProficient in EnglishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTech-savvy and computer literateTeam player with a high level of energy and able to work independentlyWilling to work onsite in Poblacion, Makati City and can-do fieldwork around Metro Manila and nearby areas.
