The Commission and Incentives Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to commissions, incentives, and cash advances of the sellers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing of budget request/liquidation endorsed by SRM Staff. Update and monitor monthly cash advances. Preparing report for Seller's subject to chargeback. Other reports as requested by management or immediate superiors. Validate all sellers who qualified in the Incentives. Provide proper recommendation for the cash advances subject for approval. Provide a consolidated report for the Sellers expense. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree program related to Finance or Accountancy, or any business related course. With at least three (3) years related experience. Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel), and with good communication skills. Knowledge in SAP System is an advantage.
