About The Role Grade Level (for internal use): 09 Job Title: Events Marketing Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Events Marketing Specialist with a strong expertise in marketing automation, with experience in building and executing campaigns through platforms such as Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and success for our events. Responsibilities Campaign Development and Execution: Utilize Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience to create, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns for events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event goals and translate them into effective and measurable strategies. Hands-on setup of email campaigns in Marketo, utilizing templates and creating/editing customized HTML emails. Configure various workflow steps, triggers, personalization, scheduled actions, and other campaign-related settings. Segmentation And Personalization Implement advanced segmentation techniques to target specific audience segments and personalize communication for enhanced engagement. Employ dynamic content strategies to tailor messaging based on audience behavior and preferences. Work with Marketing Operations to segment and filter target audience lists for email distribution Data Management And Analysis Manage and maintain data integrity within marketing technology platforms. Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance future campaigns. Track, measure, and analyze email campaign performance and, where applicable, pipeline impact metrics. Provide recommendations to improve response rates based on audience segmentation and behaviors. Provide stakeholders with email performance reporting and data analyses. Continually identify opportunities for improvement through quantitative analytics and qualitative feedback. Technology Integration Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing technology and automation. Integrate and optimize marketing automation processes with other tools and platforms as needed. Collaboration And Training Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into automation processes. Provide training and support to team members on best practices for utilizing marketing automation tools effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and with Marketo certification preferred. Proven 3 - 5 years' experience in building and managing marketing campaigns, particularly with Marketo, Cvent, and Adobe Experience. 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on email marketing. Proficiency in Marketo is vital, including email drip and nurture campaign design and development capability. Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and skilled in HTML email creation and/or editing. Understanding and compliance with regional data privacy and opt-in legislation, such as 'Do Not' Registers (DNCR, DNMR, and related) across APAC markets. Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and data-driven marketing. Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and generating meaningful reports. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies.
