- Assisting and processing of incoming bordereaux information
- Responsible for the management of the bordereaux process, validation, reconciliation and exception handling.
- Manage and respond to all bordereaux related queries and exception reporting
- Provide support to the Bordereaux Manager as required in matters relating to bordereaux processing and data quality.
- You may act as a key contact to resolve issues that prevent the processing of Bordereaux within agreed timelines.
- Identifying anomalies within the bordereaux and amending where necessary.
- Consistently demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently at all levels.
- You will ensure process and training documentation in relation to Bordereaux Management Procedures is kept up to date.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in insurance and in a data analysis role with exposure to bordereaux management.
- Experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableu, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables, Macro) with the ability to manipulate data
- With finance-related skills a plus
- Knowledge of business analysis processes and techniques
- Ability to identify and resolve issues by investigating to find the root cause and determine the best solution
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Have the ability to work well under pressure, working at pace without compromising accuracy
- Reconciliation experience
- Ability to categorize by importance
- Experience in CRM tools (such as Monday.com, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
