This position conducts work directly related to management or general business operations in an
organization or functional area. The work requires advanced knowledge gained from a prolonged
course of specialized instruction, experience, and expertise. The position includes work requiring the
consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.Scope
This position performs moderately complex project accounting activities and assumes responsibility for
maintaining project-related ledger accounts. This role has the responsibility of serving as the Project
Business Services (PBS) lead for small and low complexity projects and supervise other assigned PBS
analysts.Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand the Prime Contract commercial terms
- Analyze and apply the activities being performed with respect to engineering and construction
- Supervise the required tasks and follow established written procedures and techniques to
- Participate in the Commercial Alignment Process and preparation of the Integrated Framework
- Set up and review the project structure in SAP
- Supervise the support, lead, and client invoicing
- Supervise the cost, hours, and billing reconciliation, project close-out, and project margin analysis
- Supervise the labor, expense, and expat monitoring and reporting
- Provide functional guidance regularly to technicians and less-experienced analysts
- Apply discretion and evaluation capabilities
- Interface with other groups inside and outside the organization, senior management, and other
- Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying
- Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
- Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
- Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies
- Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job
- May need to travel to attend to business-related matters

- Accountancy Graduate (Accounting/Finance degree)
- Industry: Finance/Accounting BPO and/or Shared Service Center, EPCM, Audit
- Experience:
- Work exposure: General Accounting, Accounts Payables, Project Accounting, Audit
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in business/finance preferred, or equivalent business experience in an Engineering and Construction environment
- Three (3) years of related Project Business Service (PBS)/project experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good leadership and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of personal computer-based business applications
- Demonstrated ability as a power user of Fluor's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) applications
