Production Planning and Control Scheduler

• As our PPIC Coordinator, youll be the key person behind planning production schedules, tracking inventory, and ensuring our team has everything they need to deliver beautiful, high-quality cabinets on time.

• Create and manage weekly production schedules based on customer orders
• Track inventory of raw materials, hardware, and accessories
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests
• Communicate with the production team, installers, and owner regarding schedules, delays, or material needs
• Prepare simple reports on stock, materials usage, and job progress
