OASIS QA Auditor
Fully Review/Audit of OASIS (SOC,ROC,RECERT).
Review the relevant documentation on each chart, including referrals, history, and physical summaries.
Updating goals and interventions, generating a PT plan of care.
Message Clinicians regarding major errors for them to address
Updating Trackers/Masterlist
