  • Communicating with service staff about menu details
  • Checking equipment in the kitchen and reporting to RM if equipment/s needs maintenance or repair
  • Checking daily stocks of the kitchen and making sure that all wastage and spoilage are recorded daily.
  • Flexible in schedule and tasks
  • Oversee kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain food quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.
