Position: Meeting Setter Specialist - Outbound & Warm Leads Shift: 7 AM - 4 PM PST Location: Remote Experience Required: 2+ years in outbound US cold calling & appointment setting About the Role We're looking for a high-energy Meeting Setter Specialist who can connect with U.S. small business owners, both through cold outreach and warm leads provided internally. You'll be expected to handle outbound calls, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our sales team. Experience in the service-based industries and digital marketing space is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Make 200+ outbound calls daily (mix of cold calls and follow-ups with warm leads). Call and qualify prospects sourced from Yelp, Google Maps, BBB, or in-house lead lists . Set a minimum of 3 qualified appointments per day . Build rapport, identify pain points, and position our services clearly and professionally. Accurately update CRM notes and follow-up on interested leads. Communicate regularly with the internal sales team for handoff and scheduling. Industries You'll Target (Must have experience with at least a few): HVAC & General Contractors Cleaning Services (Commercial/Residential) Pool Cleaning / Gutter / Roofing Services Kitchen Remodeling Senior Care / Home Care Car Detailing, etc. Requirements Minimum 2 years of US-based cold calling / appointment setting . Confident communication with US business owners (strong English, clear accent). Proven ability to generate qualified appointments consistently. Familiarity with prospecting on Yelp, BBB, Google Maps , or similar platforms. Experience selling or pitching digital marketing or local services is a big plus. Preferred Skills Worked with a U.S. digital marketing agency or lead-gen service. Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, lead funnels, or social media marketing . Knows how to handle objections and follow a talk-track without sounding robotic. What We Offer Fully remote role (covering US time zone).
