Responsibilities Financial Compliance Assists the Director of Finance and Accounting Managers to ensure financial compliance of each company with applicable standards, regulations, and policies. Compliance with statutory deadlines and requirements. Financial Reporting, Accuracy, Timing, and Completion Formulates and proposes solutions to the DOF to address complicated tax issues and errors. Find ways to further improve the current financial process that will lead to tax savings for the Company. Relevant financial reports and documentation. Customer Satisfaction Principal survey rating and feedback to accounting. Closed valid complaints from principals. Administrative Compliance Coordinates with other Section heads/staff and communicates to the principal about tax and statutory compliance. Coordinates with other internal and external stakeholders as necessary and as mandated by the DOF. Qualifications At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. Preferably with an active license as Certified Public Accountant. Prior experience in handling letter of authority from BIR and other government agencies is an advantage. Goal-oriented and analytical thinker. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible, skeptic, and efficient at work. Can conduct performance analysis and mentoring of staff. Forward thinker, detailed, and good planner.
