Job Description:
  • Manage business inbox, responding promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
  • Use Buildium for billing, invoices, and property management tasks.
  • Escalate urgent maintenance requests to contractors, prioritizing issues like leaks.
  • Schedule viewings with prospective tenants for a smooth experience.
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with Buildium property management software (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or virtual assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with property leasing, maintenance processes, and tenant-owner relations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
