As Systems Specialist/Officer, you will be in-charge of the following duties and responsibilities: Systems/Process Improvement Review and assist in the development of systems and processes that would contribute to the improvement of the store quality, service, cleanliness, hospitality and operations. Spearhead the roll-out and cascade of new operating systems to ensure effective implementation. Assist in the development/enhancement of systems and/or processes that would increase our operational speed, fast-track payback periods and thus result to increase in net profits. This includes but not limited to the conduct of process standardization, control planning, process re-engineering, process documentations and recording. Provide key people with useful data and analysis regarding the effective implementation. Analyze store Profit & Loss and identify areas for improvement as basis for systems improvement. Review and update the controlled manuals, memos, policies and procedures. Qualifications: To apply for the role, here are the requirements. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably with 3 years experience in Restaurant Store Operations.
