- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
- Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services/products to clients based on their needs.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues or concerns, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams to find solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients on progress and results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure client objectives are met.
