Prior exposure to client management, acquiring new clients within the logistics or FMCG industry is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple national accounts simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain national client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Assist in identifying and acquiring new FMCG clients to drive business growth. Support business development initiatives and sales campaigns for national accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues efficiently. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with logistics and FMCG industry trends to inform account strategies.
