WORK SETUP: Onsite WORKPLACE LOCATION: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig City SHIFT SCHEDULE: Midshift, Monday-Friday DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-Onboarding tasks Input data into Equifax Customer Rating platform (RAP) Review debtor ledger and seek new insurance limits via our Insurance Broker Support onboarding of TP24 clients Respond to any customer queries (generally via email) Post-Onboarding tasks Review CODAT and update customer data Review debtor book and Invoice listing updates for: LTV compliance, New/increased debtors, Insurance limits, Concentration, Other adverse factors diluting the debtor book (i.e., Credit Notes, write offs) Update Equifax alerts for new/increased/reduced debtors. Issue statements to Brokers confirming current month trail payment, Follow up any financial covenants due and report results to Risk Manager. Contact customer to obtain Stat Payment Certificate and ATO Portals, Complete a random sample of 3-5 invoices to confirm: reconciliations via bankstatements.com request and review all supporting documentation (Timesheets, delivery dockets etc) for the random sample of invoices, confirm accuracy and currency of each, complete Verification spreadsheet Provide a summary of results to Account Executives (AEs) determining further action or next steps, Contact customers to seek provision of financial data to enable an informal financial review to be completed, Complete updated Equifax Score and Re-rate, Complete updated KYC and AML checks, Review aged debtor ledger for new debtors and seek new insurance limits, Other Lead or assist with process improvement or risk mitigation projects/activities as required, Identify and participate in team initiatives to drive business growth, process efficiency improvements and improve team morale, Drive own personal development through internal and external opportunities QUALIFICATIONS: Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or similar fields Ideally 2 yearsu0027 work experience background in finance, accounting or financial administration Self-motivated individual who is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and solving problems Love data, numbers and all things spreadsheets Enjoys using new technology High attention to detail with a determination to deliver great work Great communicator who loves life and is comfortable dealing with clients Loves a team environment where everyone works to the same goal
