Position Title: Bancassurance Financial Advisor Work Location: Assigned EastWest Bank Branch Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Hybrid - Onsite at EastWest Bank store 2x per week , remaining days remote Job Summary As a Bancassurance Financial Advisor , you will offer life insurance and investment-linked products to clients of EastWest Bank. You will work closely with bank personnel to identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals. This role combines sales excellence with customer service, in a structured hybrid work setup . Key Responsibilities Promote and sell life insurance and investment products within the assigned EastWest Bank branch. Conduct client meetings, financial needs analysis, and regular follow-ups. Provide excellent customer service and personalized financial advice. Collaborate with EastWest Bank staff to generate leads and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators. Attend required onsite reporting at the EastWest office twice a week .
