JOB OVERVIEWWe're looking for an AI, Automation, & CRM Specialist - Assist to design, implement, and manage advanced workflows that scale business performance and optimize operations. You'll collaborate with the Business Analyst and leadership team to build AI-powered tools, streamline processes, and ensure seamless system integrations across departments.This role requires strong problem-solving skills, innovation, and independence. You'll need to think critically, work with minimal supervision, and deliver solutions that drive measurable results.Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation:
Build and optimize AI-driven workflows using Zapier, n8n, OpenAI, and other APIs.
Develop Agentic AI frameworks and custom GPT agents with prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
Use Vibe Coding or similar tools to create AI-enabled apps and scripts.
Troubleshoot and scale automations across CRMs and operations platforms.CRM Management:
Manage and enhance workflows in HubSpot and .
Automate pipelines, lifecycle stages, and data handling with AI-powered integrations.Technology Research:
Evaluate and test emerging AI, RPA, and LLM platforms for feasibility.
Stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and remote work solutions.Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and implement low-code/no-code solutions to reduce manual work.
Improve documentation, workflows, and project execution across teams.
Train internal staff on new automation systems.Project Collaboration:
Support leadership across the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, and monitoring.
Document technical solutions and recommend optimization opportunities.Required Qualifications
Advanced experience with Zapier, n8n, HubSpot, , and agentic AI tools.
Strong background in workflow automation and integrations.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
