Serve as the key liaison among Supply Chain, Sales, and Principals to align sales strategies and plans with supply planning processes.Partner closely with Buyers and Demand Planners to manage the product forecasting process, improve forecast accuracy, and develop strategies for addressing demand variability across a wide portfolio of food brands.Communicate business risks and uncertainties related to demand, and propose solutions to optimize inventory, replenishment, and overall demand planning in coordination with Supply Planning.Lead the presentation of product supply status, challenges, and key updates during Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.Provide leadership and mentorship on supply chain-related matters, influencing both peers and cross-functional teams.Ensure all Distribution Centers (DCs) maintain optimal inventory levels in alignment with company standards.Review and approve FDA-related applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
