Educate customers on new products, promotions, and sales programs. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Update management on account performance, challenges, and opportunities. Use handheld devices or sales apps (if provided) for order entry and data tracking. Route Management Plan and execute daily route schedules efficiently. Ensure coverage of all assigned outlets within the route. Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and sales activities. Order Generation & Inventory Management Generate accurate sales orders based on stock levels, demand, and promotions. Work with the distributor to maintain adequate inventory and reduce out-of-stocks. Track expired products, returns, and damaged goods. Account Management Manage a set of distributor accounts, retail stores, supermarkets, or route customers. Conduct regular visits to accounts to ensure optimal stock levels, merchandising, and pricing. Build strong relationships with store owners, managers, and distributor personnel. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Identify new business opportunities and expand product distribution in existing and new accounts. Execute sales strategies, promotions, and trade programs to drive volume.
