- Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries via Zendesk
- Quickly build rapport, ask the right questions, and diagnose issues before jumping to solutions
- Handle a blend of technical and functional requests - dashboards and reports, custom fields, layouts, data work, and configuration tweaks
- Identify when a client's needs go beyond support and route them appropriately to Sales or Customer Success
- Contribute to a growing team and help shape what this function looks like as we scale
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and/or development experience
- 1+ year working with Salesforce peripheral tools - document tech (e.g. Formstack), SMS platforms (e.g. Pendula), or iPaaS tools (e.g. Workato)
- Strong written English - you'll be the face of support in writing daily
- Strong spoken English - you should be comfortable jumping on a call to resolve issues quickly
- Experience in or genuine enthusiasm for the medical or therapy space - healthcare clinic operations experience is a strong plus, even if not ABA-specific
- Familiarity with ABA billing and insurance/payer workflows
- A natural problem-solver who thinks about both the client's need and the scalability of the solution
