Responsibilities Develop, execute and optimize email campaigns that lead to increased revenue, traffic, and engagement. Analyze, monitor, and report on email campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and email subscriptions. Conduct tests on subject lines, email content, and user engagement to improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with overall business objectives. Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to improve campaign personalization and relevance. Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations and optimize deliverability rates. Continuously monitor industry trends and practices to implement innovative email solutions. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in email marketing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices Familiar with the marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). Excellent analytical skills and ability to track and report on campaign performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
