- Develop a deep understanding of Teachmint’s SaaS offering
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- Introduce best practices and processes in alignment with the leaders and key decision makers to improve the sales performance
- Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales results
- Strengthen the GTM strategy
- Foster cross-functional collaborations with product and tech teams for driving impactful sales
- At least 3 years of experience in SaaS/ B2B Product
- Philippines B2B SaaS selling experience is mandatory
- Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
- Enthusiasm and passion to take a differentiated digital infra product to the end user
- Ownership and a bias for action
- Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve speed and scale
- Data driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Create a safe space where the team is invited to share ideas, listen and brainstorm to deliver results
- You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Ed Tech, IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
