  • Develop a deep understanding of Teachmint’s SaaS offering
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Introduce best practices and processes in alignment with the leaders and key decision makers to improve the sales performance
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales results
  • Strengthen the GTM strategy
  • Foster cross-functional collaborations with product and tech teams for driving impactful sales
Preferred Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS/ B2B Product
  • Philippines B2B SaaS selling experience is mandatory
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.
  • Enthusiasm and passion to take a differentiated digital infra product to the end user
  • Ownership and a bias for action
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve speed and scale
  • Data driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Create a safe space where the team is invited to share ideas, listen and brainstorm to deliver results
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Ed Tech, IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.
