About the Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for leads who engage with us through our campaigns. You'll be responsible for responding to incoming messages, guiding leads through appointment scheduling, and escalating inquiries when needed. This role is perfect for someone who can communicate clearly in writing, think on their feet, and manage multiple conversations at once without losing attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inbound messages via SMS and chat platforms Engage with leads, qualify them, and provide basic information or guidance as needed Escalate complex queries to the appropriate internal team members Maintain accurate logs of conversations and outcomes in internal trackers Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication flow Required Skills Excellent written English with a professional and friendly tone Fast typing speed and ability to manage multiple chat threads at once Highly reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools to track tasks and interactions Previous experience in customer service or sales support via chat is a plus Pay & Work Schedule Pay: $4.5/hour (USD) Hours: 11pm - 7am PH Time (Mondays - Fridays) Location: Fully remote - work from home Team Culture: Supportive and fun!
