Role Accountabilities: Profound knowledge and experience of BIM is required, as well as an understanding of engineering and architecture; Reviewing and ensuring compliance in the components of the project for which you have responsibility, including drawings, and BIM model requirements; Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Arcadis and/or the Client's Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved; Prepare and update 3D BIM models for development of CSD models for submissions Participate the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers Maintaining a good understanding of the background of the Arcadis business areas to facilitate building effective and enduring relationships and consolidating both company and personal credibility in the industry; Providing direction to the project team, leading by example to achieve goals and championing a quality, innovative, client-focused culture; Knowledge sharing with others, team working spirit. Qualifications & Experience: Relevant structural engineering degree. Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Demonstrate an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude toward self-directed learning and professional development. Have a track record in designing specialized structural elements such as tunnels, shafts, bridge decks, abutments, piles, or retaining walls. Relevant experience in C&S, Reinforcement/ Architectural BIM Models related to civil projects Proficient in detailing software for reinforced concrete.
