Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila - 2 days per week onsiteRole PurposeYou will play a key role in delivering high quality financial reporting for a UK listed PLC operating under full IFRS. You will support the preparation of the Group's consolidated results, UK statutory accounts, and core IFRS reporting areas such as share based payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control. This role provides exposure to complex international structures and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group.This position is a key part of a high performing Group Finance team within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial accounting background, with deep experience in IFRS, listed company audit environments, and the preparation of high-quality financial statements and supporting analysis.You will play a critical role in supporting both the Associate Director of Group Finance & Financial accounting and the wider Group Finance/Technical accounting team.SummaryGroup Consolidation
- Responsible for the preparation of the Group's halfyear and yearend consolidated results, working to a tight reporting timetable.
- Work with a complex consolidation model, including divisional balance sheet reclassifications, multientity structures, IFRS 16 adjustments and FX reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing consolidation supporting financial statement note schedules, and quarterly consolidation reconciliation reviews.
- Ensure highquality and accurate financial reporting submissions from divisional business units.
- Key role in supporting external (half year and year end) Group audit.
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly share-based payment model in line with IFRS 2, including financial statement disclosures and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Other ad hoc reporting requirements, e.g. Half-yearly update of Group IFRS 16 model.
- Ad hoc Group Finance project work from Group Finance Director/supporting the technical accounting team - e.g. corporate cost allocation analysis pre year end.
- Assist with the preparation of UK subsidiary statutory accounts (audited and non-audited), ensuring full FRS 101 compliance and high-quality disclosures.
- Work closely with external auditors during statutory audit cycles.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Preferably trained in a Big 4 or Top 6 accounting practice, ideally within external audit.
- Strong experience of working with complex consolidation structures.
- Solid technical knowledge of IFRS, particularly consolidation and share based payments.
- Experience with listed company reporting or audits is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
