
Account Sales Support Representative

- You'll be the main operational point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a load
- You'll have a very good understanding of all operational processes and requirements for your customers and are responsible for updating SOPs on a regular basis
- Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise
- Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure loads are meeting OTP and OTD
- Handle Quote and Book tasks as required by the subset of customers assigned
- Assist with the scheduling / rescheduling of appts as needed
- Perform scorecard audits - ensure both external and internal metrics are aligned
- Provide customer feedback to our engineering team to continuously improve our core technology to meet the needs of carriers and customers
- Process accessorials in a timely manner
- Assist with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both internal and customer-facing
- 9+ months work experience
- Experience with scheduling tasks a plus, but not required
- Experience with Quote & Book tasks a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness
- Analytical skills and solution orie-ted mindset
- Able to quickly assess and resolve issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Able to maintain a level head in high stress -ituations
