We’re currently looking for:The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for working across multiple departments to provide end-to-end analytics support to the Sales organization. This analyst will primarily handle end-to-end analytics for revenue generating programs to monitor daily sales operations and assess periodical performance. With enough understanding of the business operations, the analyst will collaborate with leaders across different departments to improve existing reports, provide data-driven analytics, assess ROI, build new management tools, identify improvement opportunities and recommend decisions on key operational concerns by consistently communicating insights back to the business.This role requires a highly quantitative background with strong analytical skills, project management skills, with knowledge of finance, sales and marketing functions, and the ability to cooperate with cross-functional teams. Projects are likely to focus on maximizing sales opportunities. In addition, the role will:Provide analytics support for management to manage revenue generating programs, gain insight and drive business decisions based on data and statistical methodsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, achieve milestonesDevelop periodical performance monitoring reports and metrics with automation as a top priorityWork closely with sales and marketing directors to improve and enable them in using analytical toolsIdentify improvement opportunities and develop creative solutions that optimize sales and marketing operationsDrive project milestones from concept through project closureActively drive project status reporting, issue identification and risk managementAssess and document key steps: problem statement, process flows, gap analysis, solution and recommendationsFacilitate meetings and project work across multiple locations including global officesPerforms variance analysis, modeling and forecastingDevelop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, and metrics.To succeed in this role you must have experience in:At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing and/or finance analyticsunderstanding of how marketing programs relate to sales functions and performanceAssessing ROI and determining areas with efficiency strengths or weaknessesGathering, interpreting and applying critical thinking to data to help inform decisionsMS Excel, SQL and TableauWorking with large databases and transform into useful reportsWorking with SalesforceNice to Haves (Skills): Project Management, Data Engineering, Data VisualizationNice to Haves (Tools): working with Hadoop and/or AlteryxDesired Qualifications:Strong analytical, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and synthesize data confidently across all levels of the organizationAbility to think and influence both at the strategic and execution levelAbility to effectively prioritize multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExperience documenting processes using project management methodologiesAbility to work in a self-directed mannerProactive in raising observations from data and providing action itemsExperience working with a global organization and supporting top level managementWilling to be on a night shift scheduleWhat we offer:Comprehensive HMO package (medical and dental)Personal Time Off LeavesQuarterly Performance BonusEmployee Assistance and Wellness ProgramsRingCentral’s Global Ops team works collaboratively to provide cohesive support and strategy that build, nurture and lead all aspects of the business.
