- ✅ Proven experience in customer service, eCommerce, or a related role (Shopify experience is a major plus!)
- ✍ Excellent communicator – You know how to write and speak with empathy, clarity, and a touch of personality.

- Order Management:
- Process clients' orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
- Organize and maintain the order of replacement products to ensure a smooth pick/pack/ship process
- Customer Service:
- Serve as the front-line responder for customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service
- Manage and record the status of customer replacements, and report on trends regarding product issues that arise
- Solve problems to provide the best possible experience for our customers
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
- Provide feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues that arise
- Administrative Support:
- Perform weekly cleanup of files to ensure data is current and organized
- Upsell other products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned, based on experience level and job growth
- Influencer Outreach:
- Assist in identifying, contacting, and managing partnerships with influencers to support brand awareness and community engagement
- Others:
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the team and company objectives
