We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking Visual/UX Designer to define, manage, and support the Digital Customer Support design system. The main responsibilities of a Visual UX Web Designer include: Articulating a design strategy or approach that will impact the user experience across our platforms Collaborating with development and marketing teams to identify current trends and best practices that might influence design decisions Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy aligned to the company brand Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Developing visual strategies and create mockups for the platform UX/UI, e-learning course materials, YouTube video tutorials, and other related media. Working collaboratively with Zoom Branding, Zoom Social Media, and Zoom Youtube teams to create a design system that is engaging, consistent with our corporate identity, and scalable to other learning teams. Producing and maintaining templates, libraries, style guides, and other multimedia assets needed to support Customer Enablement Instructional Designers. Creating marketing-grade promotional graphics and multimedia collateral in strategic alignment with the Zoom Branding and the Zoom Social Media teams. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements: BS / BA degree is preferred but not required. 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong eye for visual design and composition Knowledge of design systems, user interfaces, e-learning development, video production, motion graphics, animation, promotional campaigns, and general graphic design. High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Proficiency with Figma, Articulate / Rise, Camtasia, Docebo LMS preferred. Outstanding communication & organizational skills. Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment. Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. Comfortable with aspects of G-Suite such as Google Docs and GMail as well as use of Asana for project management. Comfortable being on camera and working with a virtual and remote team.
