This role requires expertise in Yardi, financial analysis, and real estate accounting.What Youll Do:Manage general ledgers for assigned properties, including journal entries and accrualsReview ledgers and invoice coding in Yardi Payscan for accuracy and missed tenant chargebacksPerform CAM and tax escalations true-ups, tenant inquiries, and delinquency managementConduct bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets with variance analysisData gathering for corporate income tax team and other tax compliance reportingPerform both detailed and high level analysis as required on assigned propertiesUnderstanding of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash receipts, bank reconciliations and lease administration functions of commercial real estate and how they drive the financial results of assigned properties.Prepare year-end work papers and support schedules as needed by external auditorsYear-end closing journal entries and rolling ledgers forward for the following yearAssisting the accounting team with Yardi special projects and process improvement tasksAnnual budget preparationWhat Were Looking For:Proficient in Excel5+ years of extensive exposure to commercial real estate accounting.Strong accounting skills.Yardi Voyager experience a plusWorking knowledge of income tax rules and regulations is a plus.Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; professional accounting designationpreferredWhy Youll Love Joining the CO Fam!At Clark Outsourcing, were redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
