Senior Product Controller

• Primarily reviews and sign-off Net Asset Values for medium-risk and high-risk Partners Group programs and mandates prepared by external service providers
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of legal and regulatory deliverables to our clients
• Develops peers and junior colleagues by providing clear and actionable feedback, with positive results
• Leads Business Unit or Department-wide process improvement initiatives
• Takes ownership and provides guidance to team members on how to resolve issues related to investment related matters
• Initiates and promotes collaboration across teams, leads challenging and constructive dialogue with team members and all internal and external stakeholders to achieve the most desirable outcome
• Acts as a role model within the Business Unit with regards to passion for working in Product Control, and is known for an overall positive attitude towards colleagues, the work environment and arising challenges

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred
• Minimum 6-7 years of experience in accounting, controlling or financial audit functions; experience in private markets fund accounting is a plus
• Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated

• Ability to integrate within a fast-paced, dynamic and diverse global team
