Chief Finance Officer

• This Deputy CFO will develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the companys business objectives and drive sustainable growth. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial projections and assessments.
• Conduct thorough risk management by analyzing the companys liabilities, investments, and financial exposures. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Ensure that the company has robust risk management policies and procedures in place.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and auditing. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial laws, regulations, and internal policies. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor financial performance indicators, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and forecasting models. Provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements and achieve financial targets.
