The Facilities and Safety Management Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of non-electric projects (NEPs) starting from planning, design, quantity surveying and costing, construction, quality assurance, and documentations. The PM ensures that projects are completed on time, with quality, and within the approved budget. The PM is also responsible for the development of policies, guidelines, procedures, and standards to ensure real estate properties, spaces, buildings, structures, and equipment are optimized.Responsibilities:
  • Develops space optimization strategies anchored on company objectives, plans, and targets
  • Develops policies and standards
  • Design and Integration of Projects
  • Evaluate designs from the Service Providers
  • Management and integration of multiple projects execution
Qualification: * 1. Bachelor's degree in construction engineering (i.e., CE, ME, EE, SE) disciplines and had passed the licensure examination
  • 2. Minimum five (5) years of work experience in the design and construction, related to facilities, buildings, structures, and land development
  • 3. Preferably with diploma or certification in the following:
  • 1. Land Development
  • 2. Construction Management
  • 3. Project Management
  • 4. Facilities Management
  • 5. Property Management
  • 6. Urban Planning
  • 7. Asset Management
  • 8. AutoCAD and other computer software (e.g., MS Project, MS Office, etc.)
  • 9. Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH)
  • 4. Knowledge in ISO related to design, construction, project management, and facilities
  • 5. Good oral and written communication skills
  • 6. Possess integrity and high ethical standards
  • 7. Preferably with driver's license for four (4) wheel light vehicles
