Position: Collection Trainer Overview: The Collection Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for new and existing debt collection team members. This role ensures all team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to perform effectively, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires. Create training modules on collection techniques, negotiation skills, compliance, and customer service. Conduct refresher training sessions and skill-building workshops for existing staff. Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to improve individual performance. Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate training records and prepare performance reports for management. Collaborate with team leaders, Quality Assurance, and HR to align training strategies with business objectives. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience as a BPO Trainer specializing in Collections (Retail or B2C). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of banking operations and operational leadership. Proficient in coaching, mentoring, and performance management. Ability to drive accountability, ensure process compliance, and foster continuous improvement. Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
