What you'll do:As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be instrumental in providing transparency and creating relevant business insights. You will identify opportunities and financial risks while ensuring the reliable execution of controlling tasks. Your role will involve supporting the Finance Business Partner or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle. With your expertise, you will tackle problems of diverse scope with minimal instruction and lead projects as a seasoned professional.

Provide transparency and support in creating relevant business insights
Identify opportunities and financial risks
Ensure reliable execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly controlling tasks
Support the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and/or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle
Work on problems of diverse scope with little instruction
Lead projects as a seasoned professional with typically 10+ years of experience

What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You hold a degree in Finance and Accounting or other disciplines from a reputable university. A qualification such as CPA, CFA or CMA is advantageous. You have at least 10 years' progressive career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or controlling roles within multinational corporations or well-known Philippine-based companies. Your excellent written and communication skills enable you to influence senior leaders effectively.

Degree in Finance and Accounting, or other disciplines from a reputable University/qualified CPA or CFA or CMA is a plus
At least 10 years' progressive career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/controlling in multinational corporations or well-known Philippine based company
Prior experience of working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and communication skills, with proven ability to influence Senior Leaders
Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling
Advanced skill in use of SAP and reporting platforms are essential
