Job Description:We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter to join our growing remote team. If you have experience working with US clients and a strong background in lead generation and outreach, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, etc.)
Conduct outreach and initiate contact with potential clients
Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and appointment targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter
Must have experience working with US clients
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Must be able to start immediately
Willing to work night shift (PH time)

Nice to Have (Strong Advantage):

Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, GHL, etc.)
