In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Cybersecurity team you will oversee the cybersecurity managed services team, m bo delivery and execution across multiple security domains. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while mentoring the next generation of leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment, fostering innovation and collaboration to enhance client satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the cybersecurity managed services team to secure service delivery Establish and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth Maintain executive relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction Mentor and develop future leaders within the cybersecurity domain Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among team members Comply with industry standards and practices in cybersecurity Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for operational enhancement Promote a proactive approach to risk management and security solutions What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field 14 to 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity operations (SOC, IAM, VM, SecOps) Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Security certifications such as Security+, CEH, CISM Managing cybersecurity operations across multiple domains Developing and implementing new service offerings Showcasing collaborative leadership and interpersonal skills Leveraging project management and facilitation skills Building and developing diverse and inclusive teams Demonstrating exposure to automation technologies Understanding of consulting and managed services models Company Overview PwC AC Manila's Consulting Services are designed to provide industry expertise and innovative solutions through Cloud & Digital services.
