We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect to bring creativity, precision, and expertise to our projects. Key Responsibilities : Create schematic designs, architectural working drawings, and detailed shop drawings to bring projects to life. Support the tender team by preparing and developing project schemes during the tendering phase. Lead and execute interior fit-out works, ensuring top-notch quality and alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project coordination. Analyze contractor estimates and quotations to ensure compliance with project scope and budget. Review and validate contractors' progress billing statements for accuracy and adherence to contract terms. Prepare as-built drawings that reflect site conditions and incorporate any changes to the original design. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (BS Architecture). Licensed Architect with at least 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Expertise in project scheduling, cost estimation, and effective site supervision. Strong proficiency in project documentation, including technical reports and drawing preparation. Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Willingness to work at various project sites as needed. Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
