
Workday Run Team Analyst

- Triage & Resolve: Manage Workday tickets with timely updates and SLA adherence.
- EIB Execution: Load and validate EIBs for job, org, and data changes.
- Data Accuracy: Maintain org structures, positions, and foundational data.
- Security Access: Assign roles and support access transitions.
- Global Collaboration: Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and support process enhancements.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM in a production environment
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes, EIBs, and security roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume ticket queues with SLA accountability
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel and data validation
- Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security, and Absence
- Experience collaborating with HR shared services or contact center environments
- Workday certification(s) a plus
- A service-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence
