Sales Compensation Analyst

- Work with Deal Desk to provide precise and reliable reporting on new, expansion, and renewal deals to support both business decision-making and sales compensation process
- Performs day to day analysis and processing of commissions for the Worldwide Sales and Pre-Sales teams
- Supports annual quota, policy and plan process, working closely with Sales Operations and Sales Management
- Computes the Excel-based commissions and manages commission statements distribution process accurately and timely
- Partners with Sales Operations to ensure timely adjustments or commission changes, including territory and quota assignments
- Acts as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries including resolve commission disputes, and responsible for providing any additional compensation plan training
- Provides recurring KPI reporting, forecasting, and analyses
- Ensures compliance with incentive compensation policies and SOX control
- Ad hoc projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 2 years of sales compensation experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise incentive management and variable compensation plans
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task projects with competing priorities; make decisions under pressure and work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Service-oriented and effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict
- Knowledge of Salesforce and DOMO is a plus
