You will be working closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Deal Desk, HR and Payroll to ensure that sales commissions are accurate, complete and paid on time. This is a great opportunity to get empowered to implement efficiencies to the existing end-to-end sales incentive process, take initiative, and provide continuous process improvements. You are a self-starter with great attention to details, ability to work independently, and a first experience in Sales Compensation? This role is for you!This role is to be performed on a Hybrid mode by working from our office in Manila (Taguig) 2x / week. We're looking for a candidate who can work on YSA timezone (night shift - from 10pm to 7am).RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESThe Sales Compensation Analyst II will be responsible for the administration of the Worldwide Sales Compensation Plan, policies, and procedures in effect.
  • Work with Deal Desk to provide precise and reliable reporting on new, expansion, and renewal deals to support both business decision-making and sales compensation process
  • Performs day to day analysis and processing of commissions for the Worldwide Sales and Pre-Sales teams
  • Supports annual quota, policy and plan process, working closely with Sales Operations and Sales Management
  • Computes the Excel-based commissions and manages commission statements distribution process accurately and timely
  • Partners with Sales Operations to ensure timely adjustments or commission changes, including territory and quota assignments
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries including resolve commission disputes, and responsible for providing any additional compensation plan training
  • Provides recurring KPI reporting, forecasting, and analyses
  • Ensures compliance with incentive compensation policies and SOX control
  • Ad hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • 2 years of sales compensation experience
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise incentive management and variable compensation plans
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task projects with competing priorities; make decisions under pressure and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service-oriented and effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and DOMO is a plus
