The Asst. Finance Manager is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in creating and developing a work environment that adheres to the Financial Objectives focused in establishing an aggressive Sales Culture, a strong Customer Service, astute practice of Expense Management, resulting to Financial Success.1. Sales CultureParticipates in activities and programs that will establish a strong sales culture, which includes the efficient review of revenue recording in SAP.2. Customer Service (internal and external customers)Assists in the preparation of accounting and financial reports submitted to management and owners for analyses and consolidation and other stakeholders for compliance (i.e. BIR reporting compliance) to ensure timeliness and accuracy.3. Expense ManagementAssists in the preparation of accounting and financial reports submitted as basis for the operating units’ management expense reports and analyses.4. Financial SuccessAssists in the proper maintenance of the general ledger and submission of accurate financial reports and schedules/reports for use of owners, operating units’ management team and other stakeholders for a sound business decision leading to financial success.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage complex tasks and attention to detail.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
