Dare to make an impact Your Role Develop Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies suited toward business needs, websites, and business models Create, analyze, and communicate reports on progress and impact of SEO activities to the business Assess and audit websites using different tools and design plans of action for technical, content, off-page, and local SEO Monitor trends in SEO and drive knowledge-sharing sessions with the team; Stay abreast in what's new in SEO, train members of the team who may be new in the field Create/edit content (text/images/videos/links) in the web content management system - including localizations, additions, updates, clean-ups etc. Liaise with business partners regarding planning and execution of digital web editing initiatives. Other relevant tasks such as conducting training/knowledge sharing sessions, continuous improvement initiatives, etc. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Web Design/ Development, Marketing, or any related course With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in an SEO role including, but not limited to, content creation and link-building Experience in Web Editing/Publishing, Content Management System/Adobe Experience Manager; Experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Search Metrics, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics) Experience with web editing tools (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager/WordPress/Drupal/Sitecore/Kentico / Basic HTML5 / CSS3 experience) High proficiency in English verbal and written communication; Ability to interact with contacts at all levels within the organization Skills in international stakeholder management, reporting and presentation; Highly creative, organized and pays attention to detail Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM - 12:00 MN) At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
