Production Planning and Control Scheduler

• Creates consistent, reliable and accurate monitoring of the over-all Projects as to determine the priorities and identifies the Production Due Date (PDD), Delivery Date (DD) and PMG completion. As well as to know if the items are locally produced or for Indent Ordering.
• Responsible to check and dissect each item from the given BOQ in terms of Raw Materials availability on the given Inventory System Monitoring for proper forecasting.
• Receives all Sales Order (SO), analyze and review prior release to each section to compare the actual quotation against the lay-out/ distribution specifications in order to prevent wrong fabrication and delivery.
• Attends Sales inquiries regarding the status of their Sales Order (SO) and gives feedback to external clients for the commitment. On the other hand, responsible to coordinate and follow up to Account Executives/ Managers, Sales Coordinator on the status of any pending unclosed/ overdue Sales Order (SO).
• Receives Interdepartmental Memo from each Department, turn-over to Operations Manager for review and analyze prior release to any concern section for scheduling.
• Responsible to submit PPIC report on a weekly basis every Thursday to all Sales Department, and Department Heads.

• Adheres to department Rules and Protocols as well as company regulations stated in the Employee Handbook.
• Maintains a pleasant and cooperative relationship with co-employees and other departments.
• Performs documentation such as filing of Interdepartmental Memo, photocopying and distributing of Shipment Packing List, Local Receiving Report, Purchase Requisition and others.
• Performs other task that may assign from time to time.
