
Salesforce Consultant/Developer (NZ Fintech, WFH)

- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or consulting experience.
- Experience in building end-to-end Salesforce solutions for financial, insurance, or SaaS businesses.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flow Builder.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fully remote environments.
- Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g. KYC/AML, GDPR).
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tooling (e.g. Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions).
- Experience with Account Engagement (Pardot), B2BMA, or Einstein Analytics.
- Experience building against managed packages or using Sales Insights Integration.
- Architecting and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, Flows, Lightning components, and page layouts.
- Building Apex classes, LWC components, and automation logic to power client onboarding, lead handling, and reporting.
- Owning integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborating directly with leadership-Tech Coordinator, CTO, CEO-to capture requirements and deliver business-aligned outcomes.
- Driving DevOps best practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage, and sandbox governance.
- Supporting training and adoption, through documentation and enablement of super-users.
