Requirements:
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English
  • BPO experience is required; prior experience in healthcare accounts is a plus!
  • Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
  • Eager to learn EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation process, and do inbound/outbound calling
  • Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
  • Organized and detail-oriented
