Project Architect

• We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team at ELECTROKONSTRUCT CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE in Antipolo City, Rizal. As our Project Architect, you will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of a building project, from design to construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements.

• Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes.
• Act as the primary contact with client, understanding their needs and translating them into design solutions.
• Oversee project schedules, manage budgets, and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor construction progress, ensure adherence to plans, and address any issues that arise on-site.
• Check materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.
• Maintain detailed records of project design, construction, and any changes made throughout the project.
