JOB TITLE: Automation EngineerSummary: This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration workflows using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps and related technologies, including RPA, Machine Learning, and LLMs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments or multi-client infrastructures, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions. The position requires cross-functional collaboration, adherence to security best practices, and the ability to support a variety of client systems, services, and platforms within a dynamic and agile setting.Key Responsibilities:Design & Development:Develop and implement integration workflows using Microsoft Azure Logic Apps. * Design connectors, custom APIs, and functions to integrate disparate systems and services.Design and implementation of RPAs, Machine Learning, and LLM's * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Maintenance & Support:Monitor and troubleshoot existing Logic App workflows to ensure optimal performance. * Perform regular updates and enhancements to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.Provide technical support and resolve issues related to integration services.Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with system architects and IT teams to integrate business processes. * Document solutions, workflows, and integration patterns for future reference and maintenance.Participate in code reviews, peer programming sessions, and agile ceremonies.Quality & Security:

Ensure all developed solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
Conduct testing and validation of integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Implement monitoring and logging to proactively identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience developing integration solutions with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially within Microsoft Azure.Experience with RPA and Machine Learning technologies or toolsExperience with Automation platforms (e.g REWST, PIA)Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and message-based communication (e.g., SOAP, JSON, XML). * Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript) and integration platforms.

Familiarity with related Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Fabric, Event Grid) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment. * Knowledge of other integration platforms and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
