Knowledge or prior experience in Securities lending, settlements and collateral management would be an added advantage.Overall understanding of the risk associated with Lending domain in specific and Asset Servicing practice in generalMust have an eye for detail and should be able to carry out Quality checks and report the sameOperational knowledge on systems such as GSL, CREST, Euro clear, TLM would be preferableGood verbal & written communication skills is a mustMust possess and demonstrate qualities of a team playerShould be able to multitask and handle pressure situationsShould understand the concept of Driving PerformanceAbility to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines with minimum supervision, escalating issues where necessaryMajor Duties:Develops and maintains specific subject expertise and provide inputs as requiredLiaise with internal teams to resolve issues and minimise exposure. This would also include Securities Lending Trade desk.Maintains good working relationship with borrowers and collateral Tri-party agents.Act as a process expert in International and Domestic markets where trade settlement & Collateral teams operate.Maintains risk management and control activities for the assigned groupBuilding effective working relationship with off-shore partners and other relevant partner areasProvides hands on training for new staff and cross training for experienced staffEnsures response/resolution is completed within the established deadlines/SLDs and appropriate priority levels are applied to key client deliverablesProvide input towards continuous improvement of procedures to maintain highest possible efficiency and risk mitigationAssists client, partners and staff with complex problem resolution.
